Refund policy
General Return Conditions & Company Discretion We offer a 30-day return submission window; however, all returns are subject to the sole and absolute discretion of Kovr Cosmetics. We reserve the right to refuse, reject, or deny any return request at any time. To be considered for a return evaluation, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it: strictly unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its unopened, original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Customs Fees, Duties, & International Returns (Strict Policy) Customers are 100% responsible for any and all shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with their orders and returns. Under no circumstances will Kovr Cosmetics accept returns that incur customs fees, import duties, or any other outstanding charges upon delivery.
If a returned package is subject to any such fees, the return will be unequivocally rejected. The package will either be abandoned or returned to the sender at the sender's own expense, and no refund will be issued. Ensuring the package reaches us free of any surcharges is entirely the customer's responsibility.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return request, you must contact us at support@kovrcosmetics.com. Do not send any items back without prior written authorization. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving explicit approval will not be accepted, returned to you, or refunded.
If your return request is conditionally approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package (Address provided upon approval).
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and determine a resolution strictly at our discretion.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances, including:

Personal care goods (such as opened, tested, or used beauty products).

Perishable goods, custom products (special orders or personalized items).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

All sale items, discounted merchandise, and gift cards are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for these items.
Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to request a return for the original item (subject to our approval guidelines above). Once the return is accepted and processed, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note: our strict policy regarding customs fees remains in full effect; we will reject any EU returns if they incur import duties or delivery fees.
Refunds & Inspections We will notify you once we’ve received and thoroughly inspected your return. We will then inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied based on the condition of the item. Kovr Cosmetics reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet our strict condition requirements.
If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@kovrcosmetics.com.
