7. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Kovr Cosmetics is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is missing, please:

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly

  3. Contact us for assistance with a carrier investigation

Replacement orders are issued at our discretion.

8. Delayed or Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are:

  • Undeliverable due to address issues

  • Unclaimed from postal facilities

may be returned to Kovr Cosmetics.

If a package is returned:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.
